Our mission is to create an environment where entrepreneurs, founders, side hustlers or entrepreneurially curious people can come together in one room and feel heard, seen & supported.

Over the last decade, we have created, founded and launched 6 & 7 figure brands while also mentoring hundreds of other entrepreneurs grow their business as well.

We are proud to bring together speakers from around the world who have been in business one year or ten years. We have had a six-figure 19 year old on stage and also a 40 year old on stage. Our conference is about connecting with real people, who work their ass off & create legacies at any age or chapter of their life.
